Oh my goodness!! My little Adilynn is one! I can't believe how fast this past year has gone! She is such a joy and this has definitely been the best year for Jason and I! I don't know what we ever did without her! Nobody can put smiles on our faces as easily as this little girl! She's so cute! Here are some facts about Adi at one!
- At her 12 month appointment, she weighed 20 lbs. 7 oz. (60th percentile), was 29.6" tall (70th percentile) and her head was 17.6" (15th percentile)
- She has six teeth! 4 on top and 2 on bottom.
- She loves to sing songs
- She is cruising on everything but doesn't dare let go and walk alone yet. Occasionally we can get her to stand for just a few seconds but then she sits down and won't stand up again because she doesn't trust us to not let go.
- She loves to try to put things together. (toys inside toys, stack things etc.)
- She LOVES her blankie
- She loves regular milk in her sippy cup
- Nothing makes her happier than banging on the keyboard of daddy's laptop. Needless to say, he can't study at home very much as long as Adi is awake.
- She loves horses! We took her on a ride at my parents house and she loves them!!
- She can tell you the sounds a dog, horse, monkey, bear, and duck say. Right now the duck is her favorite.
- She loves to cruise with dino and crawl all over him
We had a birthday party for her on Sept. 29th, the Saturday before her birthday. Here are some fun pictures from the party!

For her actual birthday, Danielle came up and Jason, Danielle and I took Adi to the zoo and then to Menchies for frozen yogurt!

On Sat. we had some family pictures taken by Brandon Burke. He was one of Jason's old mission companions and he did such a good job. Here is a sneak peak and there will be many more to come in a few weeks when I get them back! I can't wait!
Happy birthday little girl! We love and adore you so much! You make our lives complete! I hope I can teach you as much as you teach me every day and that you know how much I love you! Keep smiling and learning daily! I'm so grateful you are part of our eternal family!!
